Chairman and CEO
David Antebi founded GHS in 1993 after a successful career at IBM that spanned over 27 years, during which he held various management positions in Canada, the US and the Far East. Upon leaving IBM, he launched Centron Canada, an IT consulting firm specializing in computer communication solutions, which was subsequently sold. In addition to his extensive, multinational experience on the technical, marketing and management sides of the IT industry, David brings a reputation for clarity and integrity, a deep understanding of what it takes to grow and sustain business, a passion for helping others flourish, and a track record of successful partnerships. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of GHS.
President, GlassHouse Systems, Canada
As President of GHS Canada, Eric leads a talented and diverse team of sales, technical and administrative professionals. Eric is a trusted IT executive in the technical, management and sales sides of the business. After completing his honors degree in Mathematics at the University of Waterloo, Eric spent the first half of his career at IBM where, as a Systems Engineer, Account Executive and Systems Specialist, he provided complex data management support, IT and sales leadership for large, multinational corporations. He joined GHS in 1995, where his role evolved from Senior IT Consultant, through technical management and business development, overseeing the creation and implementation of new service offerings, including GHS Cloud & Managed Services. Eric has been deeply involved in every aspect of the evolution of GHS.
Robert Moniz, P.Eng.
President, GlassHouse Systems, US
As President of GlassHouse Systems US, Robert leads a dynamic team of sales and technical professionals focused on delivering exceptional client experiences. Joining GlassHouse in 2007 as VP Sales for Canada, Robert helped diversify the company’s product offerings and recruit key personnel enabling GlassHouse Canada to become of Canada’s leading enterprise IT solution providers. Having led GlassHouse as President and General Manager since 2016, Robert is now focused on developing the US line of business. Robert holds bachelors’ degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Sociology.
VP Sales and Marketing
Alex leads the business development and growth of GlassHouse Systems in Canada, fostering new strategic initiatives, including Cloud, Managed Services, security and SaaS. With over 15 years’ experience in IT, Alex has held various roles in sales in GlassHouse and IBM, working with customers in different verticals in Canada, US, Israel and Europe. Alex holds B.Sc and Masters in Industrial Engineering and MBA with Schulich.
VP, US Sales
John is responsible for managing and growing our US business. He has over 38 years of IT experience that is evenly split as a Customer Executive in the retail, banking, healthcare, entertainment, and insurance industries, and as a Business Partner Executive in the areas of Technical Support and Sales. As a customer, John has experienced two declared Data Center earthquake disasters, a relocation of a data center across the US, the addition of workloads through acquisition, and the systems design of a mainframe system from scratch. His in-depth experience as a customer gives him a unique perspective into client requirements and challenges. In his spare time, John is an avid tennis player and a terrible golfer.
